How My Journey Began…

The best part about growing up is you get to stop caring what other people think. The past few years I’ve seen the magic that happens when you stop dreaming and start doing. As an introvert who has always struggled with social anxiety, I reached a point where I knew I had to turn my weaknesses into strengths. For me, it started with my Etsy shop, Unstuck Illustrations. I wanted a way to turn my creativity and love for weird, nerdy stickers into a business. I’d worked in retail, promotional products marketing, and print shops for years, and while I knew I was good at all those jobs, my heart wasn’t in it. (Plus, I really love being at home with my pets and plants!)

I dove into my Etsy shop and picked Pinterest as my primary way of marketing it and was blown away at the traffic I saw coming from it. But doing it all, creating original art, fulfilling Etsy orders and perfecting my Pinterest strategy… it was a LOT. That’s when it clicked for me. I can help other crafty, nerdy creatives get seen and make more money with my proven Pinterest strategies.
